and Conditions Payment of Fare constitutes agreement to the following Terms & Conditions: All
Fares are Non-Refundable. All
Flight Certificates are Transferable. Flight
Certificates do not expire, however after one year from date of purchase
there may be additional fees. Reservations
are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. All
flights are at Pilot’s discretion based on weather conditions and
forecasts. If
the total average weight of your Party exceeds 200 pounds per person there
will be an additional charge. Cancellation
less than 12 hours before your scheduled flight time may result in
forfeiture of Fare(s) paid. Failure to arrive at the launch site near the agreed time, or to respond to a scheduled confirmation may result in forfeiture of Fare(s) paid.
